Kerak Castle: built in the 12th century by Pagana and Fulk then was reenforced to become the biggest and strongest crusader castle in Jordan, was used as a treasury by many cultures beginning with the king of Jerusalem and ending with the Ottomans, the Castle was captured at the end of the 12th century by Sa’ad AL-Din the nephew of Saldin after the ruler Raynald de Chatillon kept harassing the passing caravans of the Muslims, the structure still stands strong and is really an apple of the eye
